Faced with the constraint of isolation imposed at the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic, Jamey Stegmaier decided to create a large-scale roll-and-write game that could be played remotely via Facebook Live: Rolling Realms.

In this roll-and-write game, players write on the game elements with erasable markers. One player rolls two dice each round, giving players two values to mark on their Realm cards to earn the most Resources and Stars.
